As a mentor, consultant, facilitator, and speaker, Terry works with leaders & teams in diverse sectors—including healthcare, medtech, biotech, green building, professional services, emergency preparedness, media & the arts—to help them recognize, mobilize & actualize what’s possible in their professional & personal lives, workplaces, homes & communities. Her scope of work spans strategy, leadership & communications.

As an activist, Terry is part of the leadership team that launched Business for American Promise in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2017 & began taking the program national in 2019.

Terry has lectured at Stanford Graduate School of Business, University of San Francisco, John F. Kennedy University School of Management, California Institute of Integral Studies & been published in The New Paradigm in Business, Executive Excellence, Business Ethics & San Francisco Business Times, among others. She has also appeared on ABC News Nightline with Ted Koppel.
